Public relations programs workshop Tuesday, April 28, 1987

Discussions began with consideration of the impact various guidelines and regulations have on the development of a public/community relations program. The need to examine both federal and state requirements before beginning a program was stressed. The elements of a viable outreach program were then outlined and public relation tools were discussed. Several site-specific case studies were considered and sessions were devoted to owner relations and crisis management
