Does radioactivity cause forest damage

Description

The investigations carried out by Prof. Dr. G. Reichelt and Prof. Dr. D.H. Metzger are discussed. The two researchers assume that forest damage may be caused by radioisotopes released from nuclear facilities. Their findings are compared with those of other investigations. (MG)

Es werden die Ergebnisse der Studien von Prof. Dr. G. Reichelt und Prof. D.H. Metzger diskutiert, die eine Schaedigung der Waelder durch die Freisetzung von Radioisotopen aus kerntechnischen Anlagen fuer wahrscheinlich halten, und mit anderslautenden Ergebnissen verglichen. (MG)
