The quantitative measurement of perfusion index in renal transplantation

  • 1. Chengdu 3rd People's Hospital, SC (China). Dept. of Nuclear Medicine

Description

64 radionuclide first-pass (RFP) study had been performed on 49 adult patients under the interference of Cyclosporine-A during early weeks following cadaver-donor kidney transplantation and six perfusion indices as ω, ΔT, T1/2, HR, H and K/A had been measured. The reproducibility of each index is quite good (all P<0.01 except K/A P<0.05). The normal reference values are 30%, 5s, 16s, 0.9, 100% and 0.6 respectively. All of them have good diagnostic value in renal allograft dysfunction caused by renal allograft complications. And also show a very important diagnostic significance in the diagnosis and distinction between normal allograft and each of the common allograft complications. Besides, it can also be used for the distinction among all of the complications
