Description

A fast method to calibrate a large neutron detector array, used in neutron decay coincidence experiments, is presented. In the calibration procedure, use is made of the coincidence data collected in a study of neutron decay of excited hole states populated by the 208Pb(3He,α) reaction at an energy of 102 MeV.
