Relativistic generalization of Ohrt's distribution

Description
The author finds the relativistic distribution function of gravitating particles as the functional of velocities and of metric tensor with the rotational symmetry, as well as the functional of velocities and of the gravitational potential. It is shown that in the limit of low velocities, as compared with that of light, the Oort formulae for Galaxy ellipsoidal dynamics are potential-dependent
