Phase diagram of LaNbO4-TiO2 system

Description
Phase diagram of LaNbO4-TiO2 system was plotted and studied. In the system, compound LaTiNbO6, congruently melting at 1560 deg C and having polymorphous transition at 1230 deg C, is crystallized. Decomposition range in liquid phase for the samples with 60-80 mol.% TiO2 and two eutectics with coordinates 45 mol.% TiO2 (tmelt=1330 deg C) and 55 mol.% TiO2 (tmelt=1450 deg C) were also revealed
