Description
First, the present paper deals with the controversy on nuclear energy as a social conflict. Then the framework conditions and problems of governmental energy policy are mentioned and the necessity to have scientific consulting of politics is pointed out. Finally, by means of so-called value-tree-analyses criteria for the judgement of the social compatibility of energy systems are evolved, and the transference of which in indicators and measurement instructions is discussed. Abstract (German)
In der vorliegenden Arbeit wird zunaechst die Kontroverse um die Kernenergie als gesellschaftlicher Konflikt diskutiert. Dann werden Randbedingungen und Probleme staatlicher Energiepolitik genannt und auf die Notwendigkeit wissenschaftlicher Politikberatung hingewiesen. Schliesslich werden durch sog. Wertbaumanalysen Beurteilungskriterien fuer die Sozialvertraeglichkeit von Energiesystemen entwickelt und deren Ueberfuehrung in Indikatoren und Messanweisungen erlaeutert. (RW)Additional details
