Synthesis of specifically D and 18O labelled cardenolides

Description
The synthesis of specifically deuterium and oxygen 18 labelled cardenolides is described. The reaction scheme is reproduced in the experimental section by means of the structural formulae, as well as the essential compounds of the totally necessary 49 intermediary steps to be synthesized. (HK)

Es wird die Darstellung von spezifisch mit Deuterium und mit Sauerstoff 18 markierten Cardenoliden beschrieben. Im experimentellen Teil werden das Reaktionsschema anhand der Strukturformeln und die Darstellung der wesentlichen Verbindungen der insgesamt notwendigen 49 zu synthetisierenden Zwischenstufen wiedergegeben.
