On the mechanism of high- Tc superconductivity in Y Ba2Cu3O7-δ
Description
It is shown that quasiunidimensional of electron spectrum within Cu-O linear chains and connected with it anisotropy of spectrum of low-damping collective excitations of charge density-low-frequency quasiunidimensional plasmons, interaction of which results in additional, as compared to electron-phonon interaction, effective interelectron attraction within forward scattering amplitude with low longitudinal momentum transfers, is one of possible reasons for high-temperature superconductivity within YBa2Cu3O7 type compounds
