Immediate environmental tasks

The article treats the ways to make the tasks, the types of tasks, the new environmental administration of the development, the biodiversity administration, the urban environmental administration and on the civic participation; on the first part he says that there are two ways to make the tasks: the first one consists on fulfilling the requirements or the subjects, and the second in to interpret them and to make them in an extraordinary way, of transcending the letter to build a novel contribution that prevails in a valid way instituting a real change in the course of the events. The creation of the Environment Ministry, and of the Environmental National System, it constitutes without place to doubts a first step. But the task hardly begins; the truth is that to convert the proposal contained in the law 99 of 1993 is the biggest challenge for next years that it doesn't admit delays neither excuse and that it should be carried out from already and in a special way. On the contrary of what is thought, the task is not only for a group of state officials; the biggest challenge is for the non government organizations that should be organized in a mature and effective way, transcending the structure of the Ecofondo to become the speakers that need the ministry, the Regional Corporations and other territorial entities
