Thermodynamic properties of β-BN in region of low temperature

Description
The method of adiabatic calorimetry is used to determine temperature dependence of heat capacity of sphalerite (β) boron nitride in the 15-308 deg K range. No anomalies are found in the range studied. Values of β-BN thermodynamic properties are calculated
