An analysis on load factor of nuclear power units in the world during 90's of 20th century
- 1. Nuclear Power Inst. of China, Chengdu (China). National Key Laboratory for Nuclear Fuel and Materials
Description
Based on computer treatment results of the 1990's load factor of nuclear power units in the world, the effects of reactor type, country or area in which the units are located, time of first full power operation and reactor power on load factor have been analyzed. The results show that the load factor of nuclear power units in the world has been steadily rising in the recent years, and this rise essentially illustrates the important role of management and technology advance.
