Orientation phenomena in charged particle radiation in monocrystals
Description
The coherent processes in scattering of nonrelativistic electrons and positrons in monocrystals are considered. The electron wave function in the field of a crystal and the laws of electron channeling are determined. Electromagnetic radiation of nonrelativistic electrons, connected with the change of the particle transverse moment state is calculated. For the case of ultrarelativistic electrons the spectrum of quasicharacteristic improvement with account for the orientation effects in usual bremsstrahlung and electron capturing into the transverse motion bound state is obtained
