Description
The results of investigation of chemical processes happening at burning of the blend of silicon carbide, silicon and refractory clays at temperatures 1000-1300 ℃ in the medium of technical nitrogen have been presented. The investigations were carried out by microscope and X-ray structure analysis. The comparison of some principal properties of the refractory materials obtained at burning in the medium of technical and purified nitrogen has been made. (author)
