Description

In this paper, we propose an approach characterized by a low numerical viscosity, good eddy-resolving properties and the optimal approximation of the time and space derivatives, compact template, scalability for a large number of processors in order to simulate multicomponent compressible gas. Formulation of the problem is represented by the mathematical modeling of basic mesh of K1 and K2 benchmarks for conceptual installation HYMIX. The governing equations of motion of the media, computational algorithms and software, grid model, boundary and initial conditions are presented for specialized tests. We used numerical method Cabaret, the main objective was to test its applicability to the mathematical simulation of multicomponent gas at intervals of several thousand seconds. (authors)
