According to the data of X-ray diffraction analysis peculiarities of lattice structure and dynamics of YBa2Cu3Ox and Y0.9Ho0.1Ba2Cu3Ox superconducting oxides are studied in the 10-300 K temperature range. The analysis of determined results is given.2 refs.; 2 figs
