This EPRI report documents the proceedings of the EPRI Plant Process Computer Replacement Workshop. This workshop was held in columbia, South Carolina, on January 14--15, 1992, and hosted by the South Carolina Gas and Electric Company. The purpose of this workshop was to allow EPRI members to present technical papers on plant process computer replacement/upgrade experiences and to provide comments on the draft guideline documents finalized as the companion Volumes one and two to this report
