Oncology - FDG-PET and immunomodulators. Report of the JFMN plenary sessions - Lille (24-26 May 2018)

This document contains the texts of four contributions presented during plenary sessions. The first one addresses how immunomodulators are acting: recall on anti-tumoral immunity (T, L, and natural killer lymphocytes, cycle of the anti-tumoral immune response), description of the action of immunomodulators (different molecules are addressed). The second text addresses the contribution of immunomodulators in the case of lung cancer: treatments before the development of immunotherapy, first developments and use of anti-PD1/PD-L1, search for predictive biomarkers, emergence of first-line immunotherapy, use of immunotherapy in earlier stages, critical role of imaging. The third text addresses the contribution of immunomodulators in the case of melanoma with a brief presentation of targeted therapies, and a larger one of immuno-therapies. The fourth one addresses the contribution of immunomodulators in the case of lymphoma: history, tests, hypotheses for usage, toxicity issues
