Ecological cooperation for sustainable development on the basis of global partnership

Turning to the subject of non-military menace as a new reality in relation between countries, a complex of problems are pointed out. In spite of the positive possibilities proclaimed by this approach, genetic engineering development threatens to introduce a new environmental pollution - biological, which will eliminate differences in animal species diversity. Developing and newly independent countries are urgent by the ideas of society on repeating the way of developed countries on the one hand, and they will not be equally recognized by the later on the other. In this difficult situation the only way for human development on the basis of global partnership. And that is the way for Kazakstan to choose. (author)
