Cardiac troponin T (cant) is one of the subunits of troponin T. The change of its concentration in the serum has great relation with the diagnosis of some myocardial diseases. cTnT is also a powerful prognostic marker for risk stratification in acute coronary syndromes. The analytical methods of cTnT have been innovating from 1980s. There are still some unclear in the character and application of cTnT. The authors should make deep research
