High-voltage pulse power supply for plasma heating experiments on the T-10 device
Description
Requirements to high-voltage pulse power supply designed for plasma heating experiments at the tokamak type devices are under consideration. The scheme of modulator with a capacitor and feedback system meeting the given requirements is presented. The described power supply was used in experiments on electron-cyclotron plasma heating at the T-10 device and also for tests of corresponding generator systems. The maximum operation voltage in a pulse with a duration up to 100 ms constituted 70 kV and operation current constituted 50 A
