Theoretical research on source of radon from earth into air
- 1. China University of Geosciences, Beijing (China)
- 2. East China Geological Institute, Linchuan (China)
Description
Radon in air comes mainly from rocks and soils is controlled by the geological background. The equation of radon transport in air near earth is presented in this paper, as well as the results of model experiments and measurements in Qingdao and Linchuan. Furthermore, it is discussed how to choose the parameters of diffusion, convection and exhalation. (authors)
