Description

Equations of motion are obtained for the average coordinates and momentum of an electron with an arbitrary energy-momentum relation in and rf electric field. Localization of an electron in time-varying electric fields random uniform and monochromatic is discussed. Localization in a nonuniform field is investigated using the equations derived in this paper. 6 refs
