Description

The preparation of a radioactive polyphosphonate compound tagged with either 32P or 33P radionuclide is described. The radiopharmaceutical is effective for producing therapeutic or pain relieving doses of radiation that can be directed toward bone tumor sites without a substantial risk of radiation damage to the remainder of the body.
