Reoptimizing calculation of Beijing QDDD spectrograph

Description
Based on the transformation of the virtual central energy ray, an exact method which reconstructs the experimental EFB data as the RAYTRACE parameters, is described. A reoptimizing RAYTRACE calculation is performed and a new set of magnetic parameters is given for Beijing QDDD spectrograph
