Vortices in high Tc superconductivity - A historical perspective
Creators
- 1. Center for Applied Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, Univ. of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA (USA)
Description
Vortices appear in superconductors independent of the critical temperature. In this article the authors review some of the procedures that have been useful in studying vortices in superconductors and discuss the complications that arise with such models when the superconductors involved have a high critical temperature
