Improvement of NPP safety culture
Description
The improvement of safety culture in NPP operation is emphasized as one of the top priority activities. It is important especially for the countries with the 'old' type power plants as Bulgaria. The management problems of the Kozloduy NPP connected with the NUSS programme of IAEA are discussed. The paper contains some suggestions for effective organizational measures aimed at increasing safety culture on all management levels
