Thermodynamic properties of alloys of Nb-Ge and Nb-Ge-Si systems in the range of low temperatures
Description
Data on thermodynamical properties of A-15 phase of Nb3Ge and Nb3(Ge,Si) alloys in the low temperature ranges of 2-30 K are given and correlations of main thermodynamical parameters with average ratio of silicon and germanium concentrations in this phase were investigated. It is shown that silicon introduction into Nb3(Ge,Si) A-15 phase results in decrease of state densities at the Fermi N(0) level and in strengthening of electron-phonon interaction
