Monopoles and twisted sigma models

Description
Using the fibre bundle formulation of gauge theories, we find topologically twisted solutions for a non-linear sigma model (or Higgs model) coupled to an SO(3) Yang-Mills field representing a Dirac monopole of arbitrary strength. (author)
