In the fourth concluding article on this subject (following articles in VW 1981 pp. 483, 552 and 629), the author explains procedures, duties and obligations according to the Para. Para. 5, 6 and 7 of the AHBKA. These obligations are to be observed before or after the occurrence of damages. In addition, legal consequences following violations of duties - loss of right - joint, insurance, transfer ban, period for filing suit, duty to notify, 'The German Nuclear Reactor Insurance and Reinsurance Community', the insurance according to the 'General terms and conditions governing the liability insurance of licensed activities involving nuclear fuels and other radioactive substances outside nuclear installations (AHBStr.)', object, beginning and exclusion of coverage, 'Special conditions governing the transport of nuclear fuels according to Para. 25 (2) of the Atomic Energy Law' are attached to the General Terms and Conditions governing the liability insurance of licenced activities involving nuclear fuels and other radioactive substances outside nuclear installations. Im vierten abschliessenden Artikel zu diesem Thema (anschliessend an VW 1981 S. 483, 552 und 629) erlaeutert der Verfasser Obliegenheiten und Verfahren nach Para. Para. 6 und 7 AHBKA. Es handelt sich um Obliegenheiten, die vor oder nach Eintreten eines Versicherungsfalles einzuhalten sind. Es werden ferner eroertert die Rechtsfolgen von Obliegenheitsverletzungen-, Rechtsverlust-, Mitversicherung, Abtretungsverbot, Klagefrist, Anzeigepflicht; die 'Deutsche Kernreaktor-Versicherungsgemeinschaft'; die Versicherung nach den 'Allgemeinen Versicherungsbedingungen fuer die Haftpflichtversicherung von genehmigter Taetigkeit mit Kernbrennstoffen und sonstigen radioaktiven Stoffen ausserhalb von Atomanlagen (AHBStr)'; Gegenstand, Beginn und Ausschluesse vom Versicherungsschutz; den AHBStr sind 'Besondere Bedingungen bei Kernbrennstofftransporten nach Para. 25 Abs. 2 AtG' angefuegt.
