Description

Objective: To assess CT features of biliary hamartoma. Methods: The CT of 5 patients with histologically confirmed biliary hamartomas was retrospectively analyzed. Results: The lesions were manifested as well-defined low densities of varying size and shape on unenhanced and contrast-enhanced CT. MRI showed low T1 and high T2 signals without any connection with the bile ducts on MRCP. Conclusion: Understanding the CT features of this disease is helpful for diagnosis. (authors)
