Epidemio-clinical and progressive profile of soft tissues sarcomas in the service of oncology-radiotherapy of the Mohammed-VI university hospital center Marrakech

The sarcomas of soft tissues are rare tumors associated to a high risk of local recurrence and metastases. The place of radiotherapy and chemotherapy is not still codified. The objective of this study is to report the experience of our service in the management of sarcomas of soft tissues. In our series, the increasing of recurrence rate, of metastases and death can be explained by the late diagnosis, the frequency of low differentiated forms and the high grade of malignancy. (N.C.)
