On the production of Z1 centres in irradiated crystals
Description
Formation of Z1 centers is studied in Ca-doped KBr and KCl crystals under ionizing radiation and optical bleaching. It can be concluded that the creation probability of the Z1 center traps is about 50% lower in the electron colored crystals than in the X-ray colored ones
