Vibrational spectra and electrophysical properties of double copper and rare earth oxides of the Ln2Cu2O5 composition

Description
Double oxides of copper and rare earths of the composition Ln2Cu2O5, where Ln - Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tu, Yb, Lu, Y, In, Sc, have been synthesized. Vibrational spectra of the double oxides in the range 33-1000 cm-1 are investigated. Interpretation of the experimental results is made using the data of theoretico-group analysis. Electrophysical properties of the double oxides in the range 20-500 deg C are studied
