Automatic translation: The Treaty on the Establishment of the Union State of December 8, 1999 (Article 18) provides for the implementation of joint actions in the field of environmental safety, prevention of natural and man-made disasters and elimination of their consequences, including the consequences of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant; formation of a common scientific, technological and information space. Despite the successes achieved in eliminating the consequences of the Chernobyl catastrophe, both in Belarus and in Russia, a number of problems have not been fully resolved. оговором о создании Союзного государства от 8 декабря 1999 го-да (ст. 18) предусматривается осуществление совместных действий в области экологической безопасности, предупреждения природных и техногенных катастроф и ликвидации их последствий, в том числе по-следствий аварии на Чернобыльской АЭС; формирование общего научного, технологического и информационного пространства. Несмотря на достигнутые успехи в ликвидации последствий черно-быльской катастрофы, как в Беларуси, так и в России ряд проблем не удалось решить в полной мере. Весьма актуальными являются задачи по развитию единой системы обеспечения защищенности населения на территориях радиоактивного загрязнения, совершенствования взаимо-действия сил и средств реагирования на чрезвычайные ситуации (ЧС) радиационного характера.Additional details
