Simulation of transients in WWER type reactor steam generators
Description
The importance is discussed of a suitable description of steam generator behaviour for the analysis of accidental processes in a nuclear power plant. The difficulties are shown in simulating physical phenomena and a simple efficacious mathematical model is submitted for calculating the specifications of a horizontal drum steam generator of the WWER-440 reactor during transients. Equations for nonlinear level dynamics are presented. (author)
