Description
Samples of AgΛ8GeSeΛ6-AgΛ8GeTeΛ6 cross section of the system Ag-Ge-Se-Te have been studied, using the methods of differential-thermal (DTA) and X-ray phase analyses in the range T -140-+950 deg C. It is shown, that high- and low-temperature modifications of AfΛ8GeSeΛ6 and AgΛ8GeTeΛ6 compounds form continuous series of solid solutions. At room temperatures alloys, containing 5-20 and 40-100 mol.% AgΛ8GeTeΛ6, are homogeneous
