Dynamic chaos effect during the passage of high-energy electrons and positrons through crystals

Description
It is shown that dynamic chaos effect is possible both during channeling and overbarrier motion of fast charged particles in the field of continuous potential of crystal atom chains. Motion of ultrarelativistic electrons and positrons in silicon crystal at small angle to <100> axis is considered as an example. Conditions of effect occurrence are discussed and attention is paid to some its consequences in physical proceses, accompanying overbarrier electron and positron interaction with crystal atom chains
