Modification of properties of films of solid solutions on the basis of chromium and nickel due to a X-rays irradiation
Description
Properties of films of solid solutions Ni1-xCrx of composition on x from 0.65 up to 0.9, that was subjected to a X-rays irradiation are researched. Irradiation leads to spasmodic increase in resistance of films that is caused by formation of radiation-induced defects. On the basis of experimental data the model of change of resistance of films of solid solutions of variable composition due to the dosed x-rays irradiation is developed. (authors)
