Specific features of conductivity in Cd0.95Mn0.05Te:Co crystals
- 1. AN Ukrainskoj SSR, Kiev (Ukraine). Inst. Fiziki
Description
The dark- and photoconductivity of non- and Co-doped Cd0.95Mn0.5Te crystal were studied at T < 70 K. Magnetopolaronic effects were shown to have an influence on the dark- and photoconductivity at temperatures below 30 K. The Co doping of Co0.95Mn0.05Te semimagnetic semiconductors led to additional trapping and recombination of holes and decreased density of intrinsic lattice defects, more pronounced magnetopolaronic effects. 14 refs.; 2 figs
