The HQH model for two- and three-nucleon systems

  • 1. Carnegie-Mellon Univ., Pittsburgh, PA (USA). Dept. of Physics

Description

Recent calculations within the hybrid quark-hadron model of threshold deuteron electrodisintegration, deuteron electromagnetic form factors, and 3He and 3H electromagnetic form factors for 0 ≤ q2 ≤ (2 GeV/c)2 are discussed. Striking six-quark cluster effects are found. Needed theoretical improvements and light-cone boosts to go to the region of QCD perturbation theory are discussed. (orig.)
