Description
This study is intended in the first place to supply a set of basic data on existance and practical availability of an important technique in the field of radiation protection. Using this technique it is possible to estimate the dose of radiation absorbed by measuring a typical biologic effects of radiations, i.e. the induction of chromosome aberrations. It is applicable directly to man and therefore is of great importance, especially in the cases of accidental exposure or overexposure, when physical dosimetry is inadequate, uncertain or even lacking
