Isotopic exchange as a tool for studying radiation catalysis
Description
Isotopic exchange between oxygen molecules 16O2+18O2=2 16O 18O is catalysed by various solid oxides under γ-irradiation and has been studied extensively. The behaviour under irradiation of oxides with different physical and chemical properties: such as typical insulators, such as Al2O3, MgO and SiO2, or typical n- and p-type semiconductors, was studied
