Study of Ge2S3 glass undoped and doped with metals by positron annihilation technique
Description
Imperfections of undoped Ge2S3 glass is studied by positron annihilation technique. The influence of various dopants (Au, La, Ce, Mn) on the Ge2S3 glass disorder and microheterogeneity is investigated. The formation of a glass-microcrystal mixture of various dispersion is demonstrated. Characteristic sizes of microcrystalline inclusions and their amount of dopant atoms are estimated. (author)
