Thermodynamic properties of neodymium cuprate Nd2CuO4-δ

Description
Thermodynamic functions of Nd2CuO4-δ formation from neodymium and copper oxides were calculated by the results of ascertaining the enthalpy of stoichiometric phase dissolution in lead-borate melt at 973 K, as well as measurements of electromotive forces of electrochemical cell with fluorine ion electrolyte in the range of temperatures from 1062 to 1228 K in oxygen flow. Relying on literature data and results of the study, the dependence of the Gibbs energy of Nd2CuO4-δ solid solution formation on the temperature and composition was plotted and thermodynamic functions of the stoichiometric phase formation from Nd2O3 and CuO were calculated

Термодинамические функции образования Nd2CuO4-δ из оксидов неодима и меди рассчитаны по результатам определения энтальпии растворения стехиометрической фазы в свинцово-боратном расплаве при 973 К и измерений электродвижущих сил электрохимической ячейки с фтор-ионным электролитом в интервале температур от 1062 до 1228 К в токе кислорода. На основании литературных данных и результатов настоящего исследования построена зависимость энергии Гиббса образования твердого раствора Nd2CuO4-δ от температуры и состава, рассчитаны термодинамические функции образования стехиометрической фазы из Nd2O3 и CuOAdditional details
