Crate-level data packing of BESIII DAQ read out system implemented by power PC assembly language

Description
This article describes the way to implement the crate-level data packing of DAQ Read Out system by using Power PC assembly language. It first introduces the function of the data packing process in the read out system, then describes the key detail of building the data packing assembly module, and at last compares the performance of assembly packing module with the c language version.
