Vacuum system of X-ray beamlines of SPring-8
Description
Transport channels of the X-ray beamlines of SPring-8 are evacuated by restricted types of pump units that have been achieved the standardization of beamline components. This report describes selection of the pump unit in some characteristic beamlines that have long or large ducts
