Pellet injector for JET
- 1. Max-Planck-Institut fuer Plasmaphysik, Garching (Germany, F.R.)
Description
Pellet injection is a useful tool for plasma diagnostics and can be applied for investigating particle energy and impurity transport and also for visualizing magnetic surfaces. These tasks, the outline design and the performance of a prototype pellet injector are described. (author)
