Present status of the nucleon interaction at low energy
Description
This overview covers the main features of the pion nucleon interaction below 300 MeV It deals with experimental results and phase shift analyses, Coulomb corrections and the various theoretical approaches to the pion nucleon problem. The results on the values of low energy-parameters such as S- and P-wave scattering lengths, sigma-commutator are also discussed. The connection between off-shell aNd on-shell amplitudes is mentioned
