Radiation thermal oxidation of beryllium surface

Description
In the work thermal (473-1073 K) and radiation-thermal (γ-quanta 60Co) processes of beryllium surface oxidation in the contact with water by the method of refraction-adsorption spectroscopy are studied. It is established, that the field of saturation begins at adsorption dose value ≥65 kGy
